1.         What is the daily training schedule?

Training begins at 8:30 am. You should plan on arriving at the range facility early to prepare your gear and equipment for training.

2.         How do I sign up to attend training?

Go to the “CONTACT US” page of our website for details regarding class registration.

3.         What about lunch break?

You are responsible for providing your own food and water. The lunch breaks are short (30 minutes at the most) and given the remote location of the range you will need to bring your lunch. We also recommend you plan on light snacking throughout the training day rather than a heavy lunch. Be sure to bring plenty of water.

4.         Do you provide customized courses?

Yes, Urban Tactical USA can be contracted to provide customized firearms training to meet a specific training need. All you need to do is contact the training director to discuss details.

5.         Are Urban Tactical USA classes available to civilians?

Yes, some classes are posted for OPEN enrollment and available to civilians, LE, and Military. Classes that are posted as RESTRICTED are available to LE/Military only. Please refer to the SCHEDULE page of this website for class dates and enrollment status. Also refer to the COURSE page for more details.

6.         Can I pay for my course with a credit card?

At this time we only except check or money order.

7.          Are there any ammunition restrictions?

Ideally you should bring quality manufactured ammunition. We discourage “cheap stuff” or reloads. Also, don’t bring any SS109, M855 (Green Tip) or other types of armor piercing rounds.

8.         What if my weapon has a catastrophic malfunction?

The student is responsible for bringing a properly maintained and functioning weapon to training. If a catastrophic malfunction happens to your gun, i.e. parts break or the firearm is somehow rendered non-operational, you are responsible for providing serviceable firearms for the class. Urban Tactical USA doesn’t provide firearms nor does it provide any armorer services. Any decision to provide refunds to students who can no longer participate in the training is at the discretion of the Training Director.

9.       What is your course cancellation policy?

Urban Tactical USA requires the full tuition in advance to reserve your place in the class. Cancellation one week or more prior to the course date will receive a full refund of tuition. Cancellation less than one week before the course date will incur a $50.00 administrative service charge. No shows will not receive a refund.

10.       Do you provide HR218 Qualification Courses?

Yes, we do offer a HR218 Qualification Course for qualified retired LEO's. These are by appointments only. For more information please call or e-mail us.
